Yum! Paired with a cup of coffee or tea this makes a wonderfully decadent breakfast - or dessert.
I had a bunch of almond pulp leftover from making almond milk and I didn't know what to do with it... turns out you can dehydrate it then grind it into almond flour and make cinnamon rolls! (Or anything else that uses almond flour... which is, uh, like a million things!)

I topped mine with some coconut butter but I would recommend making some kind of cashew icing instead... the coconut totally overpowered the cinnamon. I'd also recommend making a bit more of the filling - and dehydrating them a bit before eating, just to make them warm and gooey like the real thing.
